My paintings aren't always the prettiest, or have the best technique, and I haven't won any awards for them, and I am ok with that because my paintings have a value that is difficult for me to translate monetarily. Each painting has it's own flood of emotions that I feel each time I look at them. I remember exactly how I was feeling, what I was wanting to say and who I wanted to say it to. Each painting is not simply a canvas with color splashed around it, sometimes in the shape of a heart... Each painting carries a piece of me that helped me grow up, strengthen my character, learn compassion for others and myself, and appreciate how fleeting life, feelings, and love can be. My art served me as my confidant, my teacher and healer. 

 

I hope you enjoy what I've created so far just as much as I do.
